Luis Inclan

Luis Inclan is an Associate Attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of The Amlong Firm. Mr. Inclan’s practice focuses primarily on labor and employment litigation and immigration law. On the employment side, Mr. Inclan represents employees in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts throughout Florida, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and disability accommodation. His immigration practice includes naturalization and citizenship, asylum, green card/residency applications, and the representation of unaccompanied minors. 

Prior to joining The Amlong Firm, Mr. Inclan was a hearing officer for the state of Texas in which position he adjudicated claims of unemployment benefits. Mr. Inclan is actively involved in pro-bono work with local organizations throughout South Florida representing unaccompanied minors in immigration proceedings. He is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Inclan is fluent in Spanish.
